WWWJD?

I rolled past this little doozy on the way home from a recent jaunt down south (more to be found here, here, and here). Basically, my reaction has been utter confusion. I haven't been able to stop pontificating...Is it commentary? Is it a joke? Is it literal (I doubt it)? Is it all of these things wrapped into one? Whatever it is, I've never encountered a bumper sticker that has stuck in my mind for so long.
